Learning Intention: We learning how to make a DLO about Zagreb, Croatia.

This was quite an amazing DLO for me to make because the facts I found sounded very interesting. As we participating in the Zespri Young and Healthy Virtual Adventure one of the places that we arrived at was Zagreb, Croatia. I found this task quite challenging because it took me some time to find some facts about Zagreb, but apart from that I really enjoyed learning about a new city. The flag in this DLO is from Google.

DLO - Te Puke - Ellma Sofai

Learning Intention: We are learning on how to make a DLO about Te Puke

As we entered the Zespri Young and Healthy Virtual Adventure we got to pick 2 places in New Zealand, Wellington/Te Papa was my DLO I made and Te Puke is the 2nd one. I really liked this task because finding the facts were really easy. All the images are from Google.

Success Criteria: I know I am successful when I can make a DLO about Te Puke. 

DLO - Wellington/Te Papa - Ellma Sofai

 

Learning Intention: We are learning how to make a DLO about Wellington/Te Papa.

As part of the Zespri Young and Healthy Virtual Adventure my class and I chose 2 places in New Zealand out of 5. Wellington/Te Papa was one of the cities I chose and I decided to make a DLO about it. I chose these facts because they sounded very interesting and some of the places in Wellington are really nice for tourist to be at. This task was quite easy since I've been there before and most of the places as well. All the images in this DLO are from Google.

Success Criteria: I know I am successful when I can make a DLO about Wellington/Te Papa

DLO - Machu Picchu - Ellma Sofai

 

Learning Intention: We are learning on how to make a DLO about Machu Picchu in Peru.

Our teacher asked us to make a DLO about Machu Picchu. I chose these facts because they looked very interesting and I think I'd like to know more about it. The task was easy and quite challenging at the same time because there were some other interesting facts about Machu Picchu, but I just got the ones I understood and found more interesting then others. The Peru flag is owned by Google.

Success Criteria: I am successful when I know I can make a DLO about Machu Picchu.

Tibet - DLO - Ellma Sofai

 Learning Intention: We are learning on how to identify important facts about Tibet.

Success Criteria: I know I am successful when I can identify some of the important facts about Tibet.

In Room 7 we had to do another 5 facts but about Tibet. The task was a little bit a hard because I couldn't find much information that I understood. Although the task was hard we had a video to help us. I like this task a lot just apart from the hard bits.

Nepal - DLO - Ellma Sofai

 Learning Intention: We are learning how to create a DLO about Nepal.

Success Criteria: I am successful when I can find the right information about Nepal and the right pictures/photos.

In Room 7 we entered the Young and Healthy Zespri Challenge, it's a challenge about our health and their are different countries in it. Since Nepal was one of the countries our teacher asked us to create a DLO about Nepal. The task wasn't hard, but it wasn't easy either since we had to find the information. I got all my information at Google. This task was very educational!
